our vision

about (s)crawl

Our mission is to amplify under-represented and marginalized voices within the horror genre by providing an online literary magazine that is accessible and free to read for all.

Our focus is on publishing short stories and poetry written by LGBTQIA+ voices, neurodiverse voices, female voices, BIPOC voices, disabled voices, and any other identities who don’t feel adequately represented within the horror genre.

Our goal is to become a leading publication in the horror literary space, known for our commitment to diversity, and to create a space for horror-lovers, both writers and readers, who value inclusive storytelling.

accessibility

Accessibility is a priority for (s)crawl. We have integrated the UserWay accessibility widget into our website, which powers digital accessibility and supports ADA compliance.

We are also aiming to implement an audio component for all of the works published on our site.
